Who I am beyond Design

Beyond the prototypes, I’m a nature-loving, tech-curious designer who finds inspiration in the small, overlooked corners of the world.
My journey from India to the UK reshaped how I see design, as a way to question systems, humanise complexity, and uncover real problems through research.
My inspirations and interests
Inspiration strikes me in the moments when life slows down, on early morning walks along the Farnham riverside. It finds me inside galleries too, especially at the Tate Modern, where I love getting lost in works that challenge how we see, feel, and question.
I’m the kind of person who pulls out a camera for the small things, overlooked textures, quiet corners, details most people walk past. I'm an avid photographer, capturing life's unplanned moments, and a sci-fi enthusiast, always intrigued by the blend of technology and human imagination.
Looking ahead
As I grow in the world of UX/UI design, I’m increasingly drawn to work that sits at the intersection of culture, sustainability, and technology. My projects, from SecondLife to Flora, have taught me how design can shift perspectives, encourage better habits, and make everyday systems more human. I want to create experiences that don’t just function well, but make people feel seen, connect them to their environment, and spark meaningful change.
I’m especially excited about how digital design can support circular thinking, whether that’s encouraging secondhand fashion or helping people build more mindful relationships with the world around them. And with AI evolving so quickly, I’m curious about how we can use it to personalize experiences without losing empathy, nuance, or the human story behind every interaction.
At my core, I want to design products that are thoughtful, conscious, emotionally resonant, the kind that do good for people, and in some small way, for the planet too.
